Please note any sensitivities or allergies before applying essential oils to the body. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize skin sensitivity. Note that citrus oils are photosensitive, so avoid sunlight and uv rays in the 4-6 hours following a massage with lime essential oil.

💜Calming: inhaling Lavender essential oil by either dropping it in your hands and inhaling, or diffusing, you can help ease stress and anxiety.

💜Sleep Support: Putting a drop of Lavender essential oil on your pillow, using a Lavender linen spray, or diffusing it by your bed while you sleep creates a serene atmosphere that encourages restful sleep.

💜Skincare: Mixing a drop of Lavender essential oil into your face oil or moisturizer can help soothe irritation, reduce redness, and promote a clear, glowing complexion.

💜Massage: Diluting Lavender essential oil with a carrier oil such as coconut oil or jojoba creates a massage blend that melts away tension and soothes sore muscles.

💜Scalp: Putting a drop of Lavender essential oil into your shampoo before massaging it into your scalp can help improve the health of your scalp. Also, with its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, it can soothe itchiness and flakes.

Lavender essential oil is one of the most versatile oils that I keep in several rooms of the house. It is safe to diffuse and generally safe to apply to the skin neat.
